Coronavirus (COVID-19): Updates

We are deeply concerned for the health of our residents, employees and guests during this coronavirus (COVID19). We understand the uncertainty of the situation is unsettling, and please be assured that our teams continue to actively monitor updates and follow recommendation from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and government authorities. How are we keeping our community safe?

How are we keeping our community safe?

  • We have temporarily closed our amenity areas and increased the cleaning routines of all amenity areas, including fitness centers, club rooms, restrooms, lounges, and the frequency of sanitization of highly used surfaces, such as door handles and elevator buttons.
  • We have placed disinfectant wipes, antibacterial soap and tissues in common areas.
  • We have postponed resident events to minimize large group gatherings.
  • The mailroom and parcel pending will continue to be accessible to all residents, but we have temporarily discontinued receiving packages at the Leasing Center.

How are we keeping our community safe?

  • Use the resident portal for resident services, including paying rent, submitting service requests, and finalizing any pending lease documents. If you are unable to make your rental payment through the resident portal, we ask that you utilize the drop box. If there is no drop box provided, we kindly ask that you mail your payment to the Leasing Center.
  • While we continue to provide essential services to our residents, the service team's resources are limited, so please consider the urgency of your request when submitting a ticket via the resident portal, and we will follow up with you to schedule the service date.
  • Practice social distancing and be respectful of other neighbors, guests and employees.
  • Follow the recommendations outlined by the CDC to help stop the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to protect yourself.
